2. What we sell

We sell downloadable 3D model files and related digital design assets. All products are digital. We do not sell, stock or ship physical goods.

3. Licence granted to you

When you buy a file from us you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual licence to use that file. Unless the product page states otherwise, this licence allows you to:

  • use the file in your own personal and commercial projects, including client work and rendered images or animations;
  • modify, retexture and adapt the file for those projects;
  • install the file on the computers you or your business control.

The licence does not allow you to:

  • resell, redistribute, sublicense, share or give away the file itself, in original or modified form;
  • upload the file to any asset marketplace, model library, file-sharing service or AI training dataset;
  • claim authorship of the file, or register any intellectual property right in it.

In short: you may use what you buy in your work, but the file itself stays ours and may not be passed on.

4. Intellectual property

All files, product images, previews, text and page layouts on this site are the property of Doublewin Brothers LLC or of the respective rights holders who licensed them to us, and are protected by copyright. Nothing on this site transfers ownership of any intellectual property to you.

If you believe any material on this site infringes your rights, contact us at support@doublewinbrothersllc.com with details of the material and your claim, and we will review and respond.

5. Accuracy of product information

We describe each product as accurately as we can, including its file formats, file size and technical specifications. Screen renders and preview images are provided to show the model, and the appearance of a final render will depend on your own software, lighting, materials and settings. If any detail on a product page turns out to be wrong, tell us and we will correct it and put your order right.

6. No professional advice, no warranty of fitness

Our files are supplied as design assets. We do not warrant that any model is suitable for manufacturing, structural, engineering, safety or regulatory purposes, and nothing on this site is professional advice. You are responsible for verifying that a file is fit for your intended use.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits, lost time or loss of data. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Third-party services

This store runs on Shopify. Payments are processed by Shopify Payments and the card networks; we never see or store your full card number. Digital files are delivered through Shopify's digital download service. Your use of this site is also subject to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

9. Governing law

These notices and any dispute arising from your use of this site or your purchases are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
